Bachelor of Business Administration

This four-year degree program is focused on Canadian and International business administration. We also offer an honour's degree for students with an aptitude for research.

Business Administration Diplomas

The two-year Business Administration Diploma and Tourism Management Diploma programs provide a solid foundation in business and tourism management functions.

Business Certificates

This one- to two-year program is a great introduction to business administration.  The courses you take in this program can be applied to a diploma or degree program.

Office Administration Certificates

 We offer a variety of office administration programs including business, bookkeeping, medical, legal, and virtual office assistant programs. Our programs range from five months to two years, and some are offered with a distance education option.

Post-Baccalaureates

The School of Business at OC offers Post-Baccalaureate programs for students who have undergraduate degrees and would like to pursue further knowledge in human resources management, marketing, accounting, and marketing and data analytics.

Commercial Aviation

The School of Business at OC has partnered with Southern Interior Flight Center and Okanagan Mountain Helicopters to offer a two-year Commercial Aviation Diploma - Aeroplane and a one-year Commercial Helicopters Pilot Certificate.

Study Abroad

The School of Business at OC has negotiated Study Abroad agreements with many partner institutions around the world which means students can apply to spend one or two semesters at an international partner school. Students who have or will have completed their 2nd year of the BBA program are eligible for exchange. As long as your courses are pre-approved by º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ; all credits earned during your semester(s) away will apply towards your program.

º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Student Investment Fund

The º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Student Investment Fund (OCSIF) is a student-managed fund, in which, participants write research reports, deliver presentations, and build financial models for the purpose of analysis and valuation. The team covers publicly traded securities across a variety of sectors allowing students to apply their classroom learnings in a hands-on environment. Okanagan Business Students' Association

The OBSA provides a means for students to gather the kind of real world business experience and involvement that distinguishes them when they graduate or for further studies.

Human Resources Management Club

The HRM Club is a student run organization that aims to connect students with real life HR experiences and professionals through fun learning experiences.

The marketing club is for any student interested in the creative side of marketing. We work with real clients to develop marketing strategies, advertising, and social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity to get real world experience, practice and hone your marketing abilities and develop a network in the school and local business community.

Business Student Competition Teams

Every year competition teams are created from our students and are shaped by mentoring from our instructors.  Some competitions that OC Business School has attended are the Enactus competitions, the Inter-Collegiate Business Competition at Queen's University, the Western Canadian Business Competition, Vanier Marketing Case Competition, CFA Institute Challenge, Royal Roads Design Thinking Competition, and the HRC West Case Competition.
