Program details

This 150-hour program provides knowledge and skills necessary to service computers and support users of infrastructure and computing technology systems. This training covers a variety of topics including hardware installation and configuration, basic networking, operating systems and help desk techniques. Students study theory of computers systems hardware and software components and develop the practical skills through hands-on training and troubleshooting techniques that address wide ranging issues. Using Network Engineering as a core foundation, students will gain competencies that prepare them for industry recognized credentials to enhance their employability in the industry.

Admission requirements

  • B.C. secondary school graduation, or equivalent, or 19 years of age out of secondary school for at least one year as of the first day of classes.
  • English 12 with minimum 60% or .

ITUS 120 - Infrastructure and Computing

Students must pass each course with a minimum of 60% to receive the micro-credential.
